Participating in Research

This page lists active research projects that are recruiting for physiotherapy/rehabilitation purposes in cancer patients. ACPOPC feels strongly about supporting research projects in cancer physiotherapy and rehabilitation, and encourage our members’ active engagement in research.

How this can help members?

The Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (2019) and the Health and Care Professions Council (2023) set out standards to contribute to the development of physiotherapy practice. Research can help highlight concerns regarding safety or efficacy, present new clinically and cost-effective ways of doing things and build the evidence base for physiotherapy’s value and impact on population health. You can evidence that you are engaging with research by participating in research projects
